Do you win souls to Jesus Christ, and by doing so fill the nets of heaven for God Himself? How long did it take for you to follow Jesus once you heard His voice calling you?  Did you drop whatever you were doing and follow Him, or did you look away and think about it for a while? When Jesus calls us, His presence can be so overpowering that we immediately abandon our old life and begin a new and righteous journey with Him at once, but at that moment... do we really understand the entirety of who He is?

Leaning on the Revelation of God

Does God reveal Himself to us each day? If we are anticipating a revelation of God, we are more than likely going to receive it. Looking for God implies that He is central to our lives, and has replaced self as the driving force in them. When we look inward for the answer to our problems, we get a solution that is limited by our own intellect and experience, but when we turn to God the possibilities are endless.
